NHS COVID-19 vaccination programme has started in the UK. When appropriate, you will receive an invitation to book

Please do not call us to get an appointment until you have been invited.

Information about the vaccine can be found on the NHS.UK Website. For anything else, your GP surgery is open and if you need to get in touch, please ring us or visit our Website. Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment.

Welcome to Mulberry Medical Practice, providing primary care for Edgware and surrounding areas. We hope you take your time to browse our website where you will find lots of useful information about the surgery and the services that we offer.

You can access your COVID-19 vaccination status through the free NHS App from 17 May. You can access the app through mobile devices such as a smartphone or tablet. Proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will be shown within the NHS App. We recommend that you register with the app before booking international travel.

If you do not have access to a smartphone and know that the country you are travelling to requires COVID-19 vaccination status, you can call the NHS helpline on 119 (from 17 May) and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 working days after you’ve completed your course of the vaccine. We expect the letter to take up to 5 working days to reach you.

The letter will be sent automatically to the address registered with your GP. The 119 call handler you speak to will not be able to see your address to check this with you. If you’ve recently moved house, make sure you’ve given your new address to your GP practice before calling 119.

Please do not contact us about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status

We are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our telephone system to a new cloud based system, which will allow greater flexibility and improved features.

The new telephone system is due to be installed on 9.3.2021. We trust the installation will go smoothly, however, in the event that you experience any disruption to the service, we ask that you please bear with us.

Following the installation please use the main practice telephone number 020 8959 1868 to contact the practice as individual site numbers will no longer be active.

The practice will be closed on Monday 31st May 2021. On this date, services will be provided via Barnet Federated GPs and NHS111.

Barnet Federated GP Service can be contacted on 020 3948 6809 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
